Two of coastal Kiama’s heritage-listed homes are up for sale.
Trenworth at 155 Manning Street, Kiama
Trenworth was built in 1885 as part of the Kendall family’s dairy estate in Kiama.- The two-bedroom, late-19th century home was restored and extended in 2006 under the direction of Weir Phillips Architects. Many of the original period features, including fireplaces, architraves and polished floorboards, were retained.
- The house, originally designed by John Simmonds, remained in the ownership of the same family for 120 years, until it was put on the market for the first time in November 2005.
