The worth of some of these houses is difficult to assess, so please help if you can?

	Fairwater, (Federation Arts and Crafts)the Fairfax family's two-storey waterfront home (circa 1881) on the shores of Seven Shillings Beach (at Point Piper) has been in the family for more than 100 years and that property is considered Sydney's best. 	The Hermitage estate at Vaucluse, (Gothic Revival)* seriously damaged by a fire in 1936, was restored by Emil Sodersten home of John and Merivale Hemmes, valued at $30m. 	**Addenbrooke** Bellevue Hill (Federation Queen Anne style)* A very choice position on the crown of the hill, with delightful views over the harbour;  another trophy home sale of about $30 million	Dalswraith*: (Federation Queen Anne)99 Studley Park Road, Kew 3101* Now Campion College, 99 Studley Park Road, Kew; designed by Architects Ussher and Kemp. It was built in 1906 as a home for S.W. Gibson of the firm Foy and Gibson, Drapers, of Melbourne and was originally called Dalswraith. This two-storey house with attic rooms is an impressive example of Queen Anne style (without Gothic elements).

	Caerleon, (Federation Queen Anne) Ginahgulla Rd, Bellevue Hill, (1885) sold for $22m in 2008 to Simon Wright The Ginahgulla Road house, set on a 3300 square metre block with lawn tennis court and pool, was built in 1885 for Charles B. Fairfax, the grandson of Herald founder John Fairfax. Caerleon, which was designed in London by Maurice Adams, is the earliest example of Federation Queen Anne in Sydney. Record … Caerleon in Bellevue Hill, sold for $22 million.	Coomaroo, (Gothic Queen Anne) 63A Albany Road Toorak  sold to property developer, and neighbour Len Warson for $8.4 million in 2007 Coomaroo, 63A Albany Road Toorak Anti-development advocates warn that Watson, who controversially demolished the Lisieux mansion at No. 63 to build a house in '98, could demolish the 108-year old Coomaroo and his own to build a $30 million mega-mansion. 	**Sundorne,** Bellevue Hill (Federation Arts and Crafts) sold for $15,501,000 when offered at its invitation only onsite auction May 2013	**Avondale** (Federation Queen Anne style) 22 Berkeley St Hawthorn, changed hands for just under $6.5 million

	**Notrella** 142 Wolseley Road Point Piper* A fine and largely intact example of the Federation Queen Anne style. Constructed: 1904, Sold for $13.8Million, Oct 2006	Lenoma, (Federation Queen Anne style) 7 Chrystobel Crescent, Hawthorn, with street and parkland frontage in the exclusive heart of the prestigious Grace Park Estate, sold in a hail of bidsfor $6 million Dec 2007.

	**Kianga** Vaucluse, (Federation Queen Anne style)* Bettina Hemmes' five-bedroom Federation house,paid $12.6 million in 2010 Kianga ... the Vaucluse home was bought by Bettina Hemmes	Auld Reekie, (Federation Queen Anne style) 511 Royal Parade, Parkville,* a spectacular home on 26,000 square feet, sold for $4.3 million after a successful expression-of-interest campaign. (Dec 2007)

	Deepdene, a trophy property (Federation Arts and Crafts) at 22 Kylie Avenue Killara, sold for a record $12m in November 2010 Welcoming Entrance to Deepdene - 22 Kylie Ave Killara	**'Fontainebleau**', (Federation Arts and Crafts) 31 Ormond Esplanade Elwood.* Built in 1929, "Fontainebleau" is a notable Arts and Crafts designed home set on the sweep of Ormond Point.  With incarnations as a grand home, as function rooms and now as an architectural showpiece.

	Crossways, (Federation Arts and Crafts)* 50 Martin Road, CENTENNIAL PARK NSW sold for $10m in 2006	Tasmania: Tasmanian residential price record in 2011 when investment financier Greg Woolley bought Waimea House (Federation Arts and Crafts) for $8 million from former Sydneysiders Piers Dawson-Damer and his wife, Kim.
