- It is another Federation-era residence that has attracted the couple, replacing the century-old house they sold nearby last August for $4.15 million, but their new home comes with plenty more high-end inclusions, such as a tennis court, swimming pool, spa and a self-contained studio above the garage.

Former Olympic sprinter turned Fox Sports presenter Matt Shirvington and author wife Jessica have bought back in to the Mosman market, nearly a year after selling their former lower north shore home.
- They've paid around $7.5 million for another Federation-era mansion, this one much bigger, coming with seven bedrooms, a tennis court and a swimming pool with spa.
- There's also a self-contained studio above the garage.
- The Raglan Street home last traded for $322,000 in 1980 when it was bought by former WorleyParsons executive Emil Finn and wife Genevieve.
- The Shirvington's sold their former updated 1897 home for $4.15 million last August, scoring the pre-auction sale through McGrath's Michael Coombs.
- It was the third time the couple tried to sell the home. They had paid $2.5 million in 2008.
